Ron, if the six year rule is to be followed...what options do we have before us on this Monday December, 11 2017?
If I understand your posts correctly, I see two options:
1) Final Payment is made today by FDIC for WMB and its assets.
2) Payment is not made and Litigation begins anew.
Do I have that right?
Is there any leeway with this date?
(What I'm asking by that is; The agreement was signed six years ago tomorrow...any chance the six years would be counted from the effective date rather than the signature date?)
Any other reason why today might not be set in stone as the drop dead day to refile?
I believe the 8k for WMI happening today is a bit ironic. Why did they pick today to inform on KKR agreeing to remain quiet for another year or two?
The preferred redemption issue was not ripe "today"...soon yes...but not today...odd, just odd.
Thanks for all your help.
