ARCA is the grand manipulator. he wanted to buy some .0045 shares, so he sat there with a huge bid for two hours, continually buying shares. but, in order to prevent the pps from going up before he got his fill, he sat on the .0046 ASK with 500. once a little of buying pressure came at .0046, he immediately lifted his ASK.
