I am fully aware of the issues with Greek Shipping Companies that are incorporated in Marshall Islands and why those Other cases with Kalani the death spiral financier are troublesome

However each case is unique unto themselves ie certain acts are not protected under even Marshall Island laws and default toDelaware laws and specific transactions and acts unto itself are subject to litigation

certain Box Ships issues do not escape those laws like the other cases mentioned and therefore can be litigated


however we will be looking to resolve this outside of litigation if possible
