Make sure you tell him he is the CEO of a company with approx 2000 shareholders and is using the product of real data for his own personal gain, and a few of his friends. The money is not going as revenue.
He refuses to answer shareholders emails, phone calls.
There is one person who can and will tell all for the past five years. How he laughs at the shareholders and stated many times in the past year he's going to leave the company private because he hates all shareholders.
All monies will go into his pocket.
