WRONG... its on us.. and its only a "NAME RESERVATION ONLY".... and NOT A "NAME CHANGE APPLICATION"... this is the problem.. they are 2 completely different things.. FINRA sets the time frame to complete the task ONCE A NAME CHANGE APPLICATION HAS BEEN FILED.. [which hasn't happened yet].. and if the COMPANY DOES NOT do what it is supposed to and the name change RESERVATION EXPIRES..the company MUST RENEW IT...IF FINRA IS THE CAUSE OF A DELAY IN AN ACTUAL NAME CHANGE APPLICATION..FINRA will EXTEND THE DATE INTERNALLY THEMSELVES... this is how you know WHO IS THE CAUSE OF THE DELAY.. onci
