The poster asked if I could name any FDA approved skin creams - I was talking about dispensaries in California.

OWCP is the one talking about the psoriasis cream being approved as a drug - not me. I pointed out that to be a FDA approved drug the psoriasis cream (which is still oddly unnamed) - it would have to be subjected to FDA approved clinical trials - which isn't going to happen.

So the OWCP product is just another skin cream - absolutely nothing special.

Just for edification - the FDA doesn't approve Cosmetics. I think you are confusing cosmetics with homeopathic drugs.
