There are unsavory folks who short. This company had a brush with some in it's past,(Anson Fund), who employed people to spread false information during the licensing process in Nevada. Here is a decent article on the issue. It happened before I was an active investor in TRTC. Makes for an interesting read. Could explain some folks weird dislike of TRTC.
