Well, TRW owes SIAF at least $14M and another $5M. I suppose repayment will speed up if they can get the loan.

It's in the AGM meeting, the plan for dividends/buybacks. Which has been delayed because the SEC in still reviewing 2016. Which I was afraid of. This one is a real issue I'm afraid. SIAF has limited time to respond to questions from the SEC. And the last amendment was months ago.
