- so far, he did not do any good for anybody except himself
- his IMCL saga
-- put ~$450M of his money in IMCL looking for a "quick killing". so far, he is in deep shit.
-- put his reputation as a blackmailer online. so far, IMCL BOD showed him a finger. if he loses his career is over.

SUMMARY
a) Up to now, Icahn was a no-good blackmailer ruining shareholders' value in companies he was involved in.
b) IMCL BOD is no-good hoodlum gang.
