I don't feel sorry for McKowen. He has had 21 months since Suncanna signed the first lease, August 2 of 2015, and it has been one excuse after another as to why the green house has not been successful. Now he wants everyone "to stop fighting" him so he can fix it. He resigned his position and agreed to lease the green house as the sole lessor. Initially it was to grow MJ, but Johnny Cannaseed was not granted a license. His only option was to sublease. The terms of the lease were unbelievably favorable with the deferred rentals etc. But even then, he could not find a suitable sublessor. As far as I am concerned, he is the reason this company is in the shape that it is now. He assumed the lease in a money grab and needs to either pay up or get out of the way.
