Relax there is definitely a mistake with the filing.
As 5 billion divided by 1000 is only 5 million not 500 million.
so maybe it's only a 10 to 1.
hopefully it is corrected or better yet cancelled all together Soon.
I have seen this happen many times when insiders or positioning!
