KOSTUROUS has the POWER to pretty much do with as he see's fit since HE IS THE TRUSTEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And as the TRUSTEE he pretty much has UNLIMITED POWERS as to how he wants to handle and what he wants to do with anything here.

Just like I did in my Wifes TRUST.
Verbiage within the trust stated as TRUSTEE I could sell, buy, collateralize or do anything with the assets held in the TRUST that I FELT WAS IN THE BEST INTERESTS.

Would have been real chitty but I could have sold all of her assets to ME, for a dollar and other considerations, but of course I followed and carried out her wishes.

In this instance KOSTUROUS imho will buy a DIVISION of a PUBLICLY TRADED company, and however HE SEEs FIT!!!!!!!!!!!!! IN THE BEST INTERESTS OF ALL CONCERNED(HE and DA BOYZ) but WE are also still involved here as well, and we weren't supposed to be, so it too will be in our BEST INTERESTS, and can't be kicked to the curb, since we hold what they hold .............MARKERS P K TPS Q.
