Just received an email from Angel. It's the cut/paste same thing that was posted here yesterday in response to my email to don over a week ago about the share structure.

Hi, I'm Angel Love, I have now been assigned to assist Don Platten's with the voluminous e-mails he has been receiving of late from shareholders and others regarding the company. Specifically, I will now be answering all of his e-mails on a timely fashion between 12-2pm Monday-Friday.
We apologize for the inconvience and delay in answering some of the e-mails in the past. We hope that this new arrangement will result in timely responses and hopefully, more happy shareholders. In any event, I will do my best to make sure that all of his e-mails are answered on a timely basis.
On a business note, the following things are happening: We are now working with Corporate Counsel to obtain a NOBO List, a new CUSIP number and a new NASD symbol. These developments will be effective when the corporate formalities are met. We will then be able to focus on taking the new business we are entering to the next level.
Also, once the reorganization is complete, we will be providing information (either through a press release or via the Company's website) of the Company's capital structure.
