Yes, I have said wait and see for "Judgement Day" several times. Mainly because the court dates have been push back that many times. Court date is scheduled for next week, December 12th! Usually when these bankruptcy stocks get closer to their final court date a dead bounce occurs. You can already see volume picking up. After the court date if the judge says the stock is worthless than everyone sells, if the stock is kept in tact, well you wait and see what happens.
