So, ... the Original Court Ordered Mediated Settlement Result, ... Both’ ... The Agreed Upon Plan (7) and its Disclosure Statement ... were submitted for Court Approval on 12/12/2011’ ... obviously, the Court Approval was in Feb 2012’ and the rest is history ...

BUT’ ... the “Six Year Rule” ... Could very possibly, be in play here’ ...

Here is how it works, ... A party to a settlement has up to six years to refile, reopening up a case, ... IF’ ... the original agreements have not been fulfilled or completed within the allotted time period ... past the allotted six years ? ... it is to late’ ...

So, ... According to the Rule’, ... Within a six year time frame’ ? ... either the original settlements are fulfilled ?, ... or the case is refiled and reopened up again ?, ... or’ ... everyone just goes home’ ...
