"Hey, where'd everybody go?"

Let me pontificate how easy it is to screw shareholders.

1. You pick a stock that has languished, laid-low at 0.0001 for some time,

2. You quietly/slowly buy millions of shares at 0.0001-0.0002.

3. You get some pronouncement of new blood, a named company going to do business by taking over CWIR, giving legitimacy to the apparent transaction

4. You make this pronouncement across multiple boards, especially on the CWIR message board that starts to accumulate 'activity' in the form of positive posts.

5. Unsuspecting investors swarm to the CWIR board, and notice everyone talking about the major upheaval that is about to occur as 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 LOI's are being put in place, each monumental in their own right...how could this not be a moneymaker?

6. Those onlookers start buying in, raising the stock price to 0.008 (or whatever was the high) at 80x the low just a short while back.

7. those that bought hordes of shares at 0.0001 are selling into the millions of shares being bought (that's the only way you can dump millions, is if you have millions buying to take up the dumped shares without tanking the price completely).

8. Later, those that bought in are waiting, and waiting, and waiting for some type of corporate activity that never seems to happen.... "hey, where'd everybody go?"
