Yep, still dont see legally how he can use SRMX as an ATM machine since SRMX never legally merged or acquired Tri Cascade or Skyfedilty but SRMX shareholders are paying their $500k debt. I have not seen any SOS in any state with any records of a merge in reflecting it and of course Utah has been expired since 2/1/2017.

Appears Peabrain might have lied in a court of law possibly committing fraud and perjury stating that SRMX was an existing and current corporation in Utah which we all know is false.
