I see many comments on this and have only this to say about it.

The word commitment's only valid definition is based on what is in the head of the person that originally wrote it in the forward looking statements in the PR. You can guess and speculate all you want and I will reiterate that it was lazy to not update the PRs forward looking statements but that is all we can do until new forward looking statements come out (which should be in the fins).

Any other definition or legal term is only based on if something goes down on a legal front much later in the process.
