David Mersky is a scumbag. He is a scammer. He has been in trouble with the law. Not going to actual prison doesn't mean that negative things against Mersky have no merit. I traded DRNK earlier this year. I am familiar with this person. The fact that Tom is willingly and happily working with Mersky is extremely bad news.

Sometimes the only way to wake from a cult is to undergo personal catastrophe. Tom has done a good enough job causing that on his own. With Mersky in the mix...I don't even know how to finish this sentence. Except enjoy losing the rest of your investment.
