Wrong. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Commitment Commitment may refer to: Contract, a legally binding exchange of promises. One must also understand the way this is worded in a PR, or its context. When you release a PR that states "RAD has commitments for 62 robots with total contract values of approximately $6M" THAT is a contract, not a "scout's honor or pinkie swear" Okay. A company could open themselves up to big liabilities otherwise. Time will prove me right on this. Just sayin.
