Imbutek is a made up word that was never properly set up. The RM is pretty much a farce. Mersky also made up a bogus music streaming company hen claimed a "merger" happened between one of his BS entities with another, all in the name to dump. He left the Noho brand on its own to die. He then played a shell game with other made up assets and dumped billions of shares on unsuspecting investors. He then jumped ship to do his next scam, SNNC. He is a criminal, plain and simple.

Now Tom is having something to do with this guy. Birds of a feather flock together. Longs have no idea what they're in for now that this little marriage is occurring. Magic wheels? Bogus. Everything mentioned is a lie.
