Omvs/rad may try to file financials in order to meet financial obligations..

this would be a MONDAY filing of financials,
A PR hyped up with vague innuendos followed by the Nov. 30th DEFAULTED note
dumping 38 million new shares into MARKET...

PR hype may or may not contain a ticker change,and or some claim of future commitments..

What we do know of at this juncture..

The ceo of RAD only uses a private FB page to address certain investors..
uses twitter but does not give out any information..
Is refusing to do his FIDUCIARY DUTY...
Has not made any new contractual ;ie ( commitments ) since merger...that is clearly stated and verified in the pr's 62 commitments on Aug 31st and the last pr Nov. 29th ....this is the reason for no new guidance for some time and to be restated as SR has tweeted..

that RAD may have entered a AI contest at microsoft....

If the CEO of RAD isn't so concerned about the day to day pps of OMVS..

then the CEO should Address the overhyped tweets, especially ones like above that makes RAD look like all it is concerned about is selling shares...

communicate effectively with all investors...

Do on time filings.

start meeting all it's contractual and financial obligations..

Monday fer sure will be an interesting DAY if Fins do get filed, but ME thinks a little longer on that filing....just saying..
