When I buy fuel oil for my house, I sign a contract. There is a penalty if the fuel distributor doesn't deliver at a set price. The stations were supposed to be pumping 3 million gallons per month a year ago. I'm happy that you are feeling warm fuzzies about this company, but I think that we got another lump of coal in our stockings for waiting another year.
