The reply back from Andrew Patient with regards to a conference call was that this is not a public meeting. Its a private one with shareholders and he doesnt feel comfortable having any form of recording device or a Live Broadcast. He stated that IPCI will have a formal AGM in the new year which will be an opportunity for shareholders to ask questions to management. Its certainly not what I wanted to hear, but understandable I guess.
He went on to say that the meeting should be focused on the company's strategy and direction and not so much on the share price or a short position which they cant control and address. Reading this, obviously disappoints me to hear because the share price is something that should be at the forefront of the meeting. I have yet to reply back to him as I do have a business to operate during these troubling times.
Also - we are only limited to bring 5 shareholders to the meeting so we need to be selective on who gets to go. Anyone interested, please email me.
