Still think meeting the Bus at the border and not allowing it to proceed for some reason or another would be fantastic. If the temporary plates are still on it proclaim they are not good in Texas. Or if the side awnings appear to be loose. Surely there is a light out somewhere. That Texarkana exit would be an excellent pick up point. If they close up shop at 7PM and head right out they'll be there before midnight.
