According to JPMorgan, $GE's $4B dividend will be about 85% of GE’s free cash flow (FCF) going forward.

The rumors I heard were that there's a plan for a second dividend cut in order to free up more FCF that puts the revised dividend in line with Boeing, UTC, and Honeywell -- so around 2-2.5% range...
