How can they do another raise when they haven't closed this one? I still don't understand how they are doing a public offering without a shelf registration. I didn't think a shelf was optional. Apparently it is, at least for Titan. Remember MacNallys first raise, he said the company was limited in the amount of funds they could raise because of the amount they had left on the shelf. More recently they had a $80m shelf. Then they withdrew it. Also had a filing for the selling of warrants. Don't know what that was all about. Will they be clear about how far these funds take us? Hard to make an informed investment here.
