Not-clear about where you see increased-$BITCF-liabilities .....

I admit ..... I have yet to carefully read the entire recently filed 3rd quarter BITCF report ..... though I am unable to see where you might be finding increasing debt ? .... or much of any at all ..... at this point in time .....

BITCF has not been diluting shareholders ..... nor have insiders been selling their holdings ..... and keep in mind BITCF does not appear to have desperate need of funding ..... Their business model primarily rides on the rails of innovative conceptuality which can manifest at any moment .... in any place ..... whenever the proper informed collective chords of a cretive insightful conversation are being struck ..... then the genius manifesting from discovery and opportunity encounters fertile ground to spread its wings and grow toward financially gainful change .....

The mathematician ..... G. Spencer Brown ..... is credited with the notion that ..... "Form follows thought" ..... which makes a lot of sense to me ..... and BITCF needs no capital infusion for this scenario to unfold ..... as far as I can tell .....

Some $BITCF Investors recognize the fastest and cleanest path to achieve exponential wealth for First Bitcoin Capital management would be to innovate ..... inform ..... educate ..... and promote the trading of their cryptocurency assets ...... They already own millions of cryptocurrency coins ..... The payoff comes when trading valuation moves upward due to Investor interest and a desire to accumulate .....

Obviously ..... expenses related to professionally promoting cryptocurrency offerings could factor-in to the "capital-drain" equation ..... along with maintaining the demands of legal expenses ..... The cost of these activities will be reflected in subsequent BITCF quarterly OTC filings .....

The capital infusion payment gained by partnering with PQEFF should offset a significant portion of these anticipated BITCF expenses .....
