It looks like Saagar has run from the initial conference in the class action lawsuit as long as he could. Unless he manages another delay, the official process of exposing all his lies gets underway Thursday. Of course, his remaining actions are predetermined. He will use all legal maneuvers at his disposal to push the trial down the road while blustering about vigorously defending himself; then, before the trial can actually occur, he will "settle" the case in order to keep his shenanigans out of public view.
