No. Our guy is Wang Jinlai, not listed there. Not sure why people are stuck on whether or not Wang is a billionaire or not. I seriously doubt he is....yet. He may only be worth 300M or 500M today - whatever it is....irrelevant for now. JBZY is the vehicle he is targeting to build his conglomerate and wealth. 750M+ common shares once preferred shares are converted. Like I've said in the past, Wang has the most to gain here and IMO he's looking to roll in many, if not all of Jinbo's plates into our JBZY.

Lawsuit will be going on for quite some time. IMO the shares in question are restricted in litigation and are not available to sell in the open market. Therefore, the lawsuit outcome will not be a determining factor on when to release news or updates that may positively impact PPS.
