Regarding a few of your post... The problem here was the dilution. Has the extra 3b already been converted or not? That's anyone's guess but if O/S was 6b it may run up considerably (was .0075 when 3b). How much dilution is left is anyone's guess but it did kill the price but maybe someone in the know who believes in longterm is loading knowing that despite share count being doubled 200 acres of Marquis 1 has been planted and is harvesting.
