If this was a stinky pink I would not want any dilution. But if a CEO dilutes and those shares used are to increase assets the dilution is value neutral or positive.
So if Kim sold 200m shares tomorrow to a VC who was investing as opposed to a CSC flip, the dilution would trigger a run.
Dilution is not a bad thing unless it is released to retail.
People call for financing simular to BT who recieved $50m recently. If Kim was to get that funding it would put our OS at 2 billion. But since the institutionalinvestor has shown confidence the pps would spike.
