It has tons of potential. Were dealing with a rich bitcoin mining company here. His past stocks were nothing good. That is why he crooked into those. A crook can become Legit so he makes more money from Canoe. Anything is possible. The dilution could be to cover some expenses since the company is broke. Diluting is not necessarily always a bad thing.
