Conflicted on whether to just hold or sell some? I've done some of my own DD and I believe it is a legitimate company. They have ownership stakes in coinsquare.io which is the 2nd largest crypto exchange in Canada and a company called Tess which is working on an ownership verification process via blockchain. I like both. One or both of these investments was done through the issuance of stock (convertible preferred), but the conversion stipulations are favorable and limit the amount that can be converted at 1 time. They also invested in 1200 Bitmain mining machines which, if bitcoin can keep rising, can provide a source of/stable cash flow. Their cash position is also not bad and they just brought on an advisor that has experience in growing companies (was the CEO of Invesco Capital ~ $12b company) in addition to changing up overall management. The company just switched from being a biotech to a blockchain company which makes some feel like they just added the word "blockchain" to their name to get attention. They also gave the previous CEO an decent severance package and the new CEO was issued 344,000 shares via stock options exercisable at $10 (I think). Overall, I think they're making some good moves and the company has a low share float which can be contributing to this run. HOLD (or HODL)
