I can't believe I wasted 45 Minutes of my life reading the back and forth nonsense of a lien that's 8 years ago- under different ownership and management - and can easily be rectified especially by way of a profitable merger.

All I know is - .0008 pps is a great entry for this stock and I too have an average of about .0008 pps. I have paid as high as .0013 pps and with the current SS - I have no issue with the assumption that the potential here is incredibly understated.

They certainly have made connectivity on their own between AGRiMED and $UNVC. The addition of Dr Dalton to the board of Directors at AGRiMED was also a huge step.

IMO- too much is obvious and when someone goes to great lengths to try and warn me about relatively trivial stuff regarding OTC merger shells - I tend to buy even more shares ;)
