LMAO

SMP is NOT GOING BUST! LMAO

RAD is and will be deploying robots for a long time!

RAD's balance sheet from 5... FIVE ... 5 months ago!!!! LMAO really!!! We were in the startup phase then.

The new auditor is just FINE. LMAO!!!!

This is funny stuff here!

What happens if one of these bots break down and our environment is now without security..who do we call?

There is a security guard that is watching the robot from a command center. He would know if it "breaks down". Where did your DD read that a company just buys the robot and deploys it and NEVER watches what it or a few or many robots are doing!!! LMAO.

Yours is the post of the year!

Sheeeeeeesh!

Here are the facts..ignore them if you wish.

RAD is COMPLETELY dependent on 2 things to survive. The sooner you understand this the sooner you will realize the predicament the company is in.

1. SMP and their ability to produce bots. RAD is just a reseller of SMP bots.
Has anyone questioned the viability of SMP? If SMP goes bust, or can't produce enough bots, RAD's biz is severely impacted. There is no denying that. What really stings is that the SMP bot is just a commodity too. Anybody can make one of these and probably will if the industry starts to get traction. Remember that.

2. OMVS shares, and the ability to sell them, is the only way RAD stays in business. RAD has no assets and no bank in their right mind would lend based on their balance sheet from 5 months ago. Even high networth investors cant touch this with the ALREADY issued notes outstanding. Dilution is inevitable.

The thing that really concerns me is that their new auditor, who has worked with some pretty toxic deals in the past, is taking this long to get the financials out.

A company, with no assets and whose mgmt has a checkered past (just do a google) is trying to resell a security product to companies trying to protect their assets. See the irony in that?

If youre looking to secure your environment, the first questions you would ask are:

1. You want us to commit to a 3 yr deal and yet we see your balance sheet..will you be in business in 3 mos?
2. What happens if one of these bots break down and our environment is now without security..who do we call?
