So sorry pluto,there's so much bad with no offset that there is no silver lining.

It appears hopeless. Although all of the anecdotal "evidence" presented is from 2010 and 2011, I am wondering why a shareholder with a finger on the pulse, a working knowledge of ESOPs and Electro-chemistry, someone friendly with J&J and Shasta, hasn't stepped up and stepped in and taken the company over.
