If there is a 1 year lock-up date on the restricted shares, then it looks like they will come off restriction on the same day as their big announcement (Nov. 28th). 110 million restricted shares were issued on Nov. 28, 2016. If they stay restricted that will be great, if they become free trading, watch out below. It's a wait and see for me.
