Completely canceled out by the still 150 million plus or minus still at risk in Puerto Rico. I know 850 million is far more than 150 million but that thinking is too complex for Mr. Market who just reads headlines that Syncora is a financial insurance company! All such companies are in trouble
because of Puerto Rico and that's that. Don't over think! Next you will tell me there are 1.7 billion in claims paying resources (10 times Puerto Rico exposure at 0 recovery). Don't bother, too complex for me!
