That is also my view. MEC has very strong positions in their cases. Ed believes they will prevail in their share fraud case against Maciora.



Since the Charlie A case is settled long before next summer's scheduled hearing, MYEC's Emailmoni will make enough money by next summer. So this case won't make too much hurt.
