I read filings. I'm not impressed with Charlie's attorney. She failed to properly serve the Defendant's attorney and that's why the latest motion hearing had to be rescheduled. MEC ought to file a complaint against her with the CA Lawyer's Board.

I stand behind my belief that the debt plus reasonable interest will be paid before the scheduled trial. The other named causes of action should be dropped.

Sorry, CONversion is nott just "about a debt" and neither are the other three claims.

Abujudeh has made MANY HUNDREDS of pages of record in the case in several filings.
