Jeff Foley is still chairman at NTEK...
per the annual financials posted on Foley's little NTEK site. I wonder how long it will be before the outerwebz catch on to the fact that Foley posted the annual fins on NTEK.com - give 'em a few days to catch up - LOL.
P.S. - the debt is TOXIC, FLOORLESS AND CONVERTIBLE.
Keep that in mind as things come to fruition fellas. That little fact will become important down the road...
