Imo the company is buying back, hence no pr, being that it's 15 days prior, and/or 3 before and after. All the weak hands are being emptied while the company is loading at the cheapest price. This alone will make this skyrocket once a pr about the shares bought back. But until then expect maneuvers by the company to get cheap shares. Obviously you put out a pr that states your going to put out another pr, and don't follow through, your going to lose shareholder value, which in turn will lower the price so you can legally load at a more reasonable price.
