I’ll have to re read the q the back of my mind remembers a line item that the 200,000,000 shares can be sold at any time..
But let’s assume I am wrong and the OS is close to being maxed out, I personally see this as worse news than not being maxed out with my reasoning as follows:
Almost all, if not all toxic cd notes have a clause clearly stating that when the note holder requests shares (up to 9.99% of the current OS) then the company is obligated to provide them. So if effectively the OS gets maxed at 800,000,000 shares this week and note holders come a calling then the company will either need to increase AS or do a reverse split.., in this scenario the increase of AS would most likely happen due to the time a reverse split takes..
