Haven't you looked at all of the convertible notes Hanks has obtained - they will cause massive dilution.

Hanks negotiated some of the worst terms possible - several of the notes have a 40% discount. Plus, he has used JSJ on some of the toxic loans - only bottom feeders use JSJ.

Ignoring the facts won't make them go away!
