let's not dissemble

It's tanked from over a buck to .03 but when it's up a penny on low volume it's considered a victory.



time line specific is what NR has to deal with re: PTOI
because *many* (not all) actual P2O investors have yet
to be parted from their PTOI shares .. which presents a
*dilemma* for NR as of today ..
