As for the 2017 ESOP plan and the 450,000 common shares for $36,000, I cannot verify it, but....

I believe this went to the company that Joanne Broeders represents as the DECN IR rep. I base this on that fact that Broeders was listed on 10/3/2013 New Issuance-Joanne Broeders-ESOP on the DECN common stock running total schedule.

Again, just a guess, but an educated one at this point.
