No not at all. But you bring up a good point. Q's are irrelevant in OTC to share price appreciation. The only good they provide is updated share structure information and convertible note info that is usually about 30 days behind relevancy but at least it gives you a better estimate.

Trade OTC's with charts, INVEST in big board stocks on fundamentals. Don't confuse the two!
