To others points about the purchasing of the synthesis....could be a valid point. I'm not a scientist or chemist. When you look at the paperwork, I have no idea what the molecular structures actually represent. I can only assume, or conclude that there are probably quite a few in the field that could....but have shown little to no interest. Wonder if these clowns have ever pitched this process to actual drug companies...perhaps they were too embarrassed, or know they have zero.
Over the years, they have claimed to received sizeable grants, and investments to move this along, haven't bounced any of it off of their reporting s, maybe I should. We are talking about millions...But there has been zero progress. They still don't even have a drug license, they claimed they filed for one of those years ago. And if I remember correctly, the last 10-Q stated they cannot come to an agreement with Lonza on a price to actually produce a sample of the drug. So to date, there is no way forward to ever produce the drug, Adva-27a.
I personally believe this is a clever/dishonest/unethical group of individuals who have concocted quite the scheme here. One if it's deemed legal is one I would like to duplicate. They have made millions off of going public, and to my recollection, have never materialized anything...just hide behind a safe harbor message.
