I don't think they are free-trading, but the can be EXERCISED at any time and in fact the most recent news announced that many were being incentivized to exercise right now. The S-1 registers the SHARES from those exercised warrants as being free-trading.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
